Synthetic Ice Panel Pro uses our newest developed connection. Interlocking tabs only half way up the side of the panel.
There is one straight line on the surface of the pannel, it provide a super glice surface and the most secure connection.
The synthetic ice panels are perfectly fixed and locked together on the same horizontal and vertical planes.
This seamless connection is minimal effect by thermal expansion and contraction.
It has a dense arrangement of polymers, and the scratches on the ice surface are slowly repaired by the molecular motion inside the material. There is no difference between the surface and the inner layer to ensure that the ice surface is always smooth. During use, the ice surface produces a self-lubricating effect. The longer the use time, the higher the smoothness of the ice surface.
Extreme Flat Surface
For better performance and durability, our Artificial Ice Skating Rink is made of UHMWPE, it is special designed for metal blade ice skates, our panels is smooth and super glide, the friction coefficient is 15% greater than real ice. It provides a real ice like glide experience. UHMWPE is a self lubricating materials, it enable your rink to be used in all weather and condition, there is no need to use wax or additives. It is a perfect choice for training and exercise.
Artificial ice rink requires minimal maintenance, ice rinks are linked by interlocking, it is a panel- panel connection which can be installed in minutes by simply hammering the panels together. Ice rink panels can withstand limitless installation, the life time up to 10 years.
